National Focal Point Network

Within each Elephant Protection Initiative member state there is a designated National Focal Point responsible for ensuring effective communication and collaboration between their government, the EPI and the EPI Secretariat.

Our NFPs are government employees, appointed by the respective Ministers from each member state. They are typically drawn from the local wildlife or environment management authority or even the Minister's office.

This network of individuals plays a critical role in channelling support to EPI member states and implementing program activities at ground-level.
